The problem

Nine client projects running concurrently, each with its own stakeholders and delivery expectations, including a canteen display management system, a pre-voting system and a public opinion collector for election candidates.

What I did

• Acted as Product Owner across all nine, writing and prioritising product backlogs in Jira.
• Handled clients directly through onboarding, scope negotiation and delivery reporting.

Constraints

• Concurrent delivery with no dedicated PM per project
• Client-facing scope negotiation without a contracts team
